About Lori

Lori Morrison is a seasoned healthcare practice leader with multispecialty experience, particularly radiology and primary care. Lori brings 20 years of advanced knowledge in operational and fiscal practice management to her role, including building cultures of patient-centered clinical quality, safety, and satisfaction. Her past successes include transforming practices to be attentive to wellbeing and resilience by creating environments of inclusion.

Lori is passionate about projects that improve access to high-value care and has demonstrated success in finding innovative ways to expand best care practices. In addition to practice leadership consulting services, she also leads the SMSC service line for OneConnect, an innovative program that facilitates the communication of critical, STAT, or unexpected imaging findings between radiologists and referring providers.

Lori has previously served as finance director, chief operations officer, and vice president of physician practices at various organizations, including FQHCs, critical access hospitals, and specialty physician practices. She attended Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
