About Anne
Anne Bergeron leads the talent acquisition and physician recruitment team for SMSC. She has demonstrated expertise in recruiting physicians and other high-potential talent for healthcare organizations across the U.S. With more than 20 years of experience working at hospitals and specialty physician practices, she has a nuanced understanding of the unique aspects of recruiting within the healthcare sector.
In addition to her talent acquisition experience, Anne has served in a variety of roles within healthcare organizations, which allows her to offer a broader view and more in-depth expertise to her recruitment clients. Prior to her current role as talent acquisition manager, Anne served as a specialty recruiter and senior HR generalist at multispecialty physician practice and as a business analyst at one of northern New England’s leading community hospitals.
Anne earned a BS in Business Administration & Management at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, and is a Certified Professional with the Society for Healthcare Professionals (SHRM-CP).
